Our 1st Designer for the day is: Lukáš Macháček

Lukáš Macháček was born on the 15 of August 1989 in Olomouc. Upon completion SPŠO in Prostejov, focusing on clothing he moved now to studying at the College of Fashion Design and Management at Brno.

Already during the first year of high school he gained experience and knowledge in the field of fashion, and in 2007 he created his first collection for the international competition of young fashion designers - Gold Prostějov needle, which won 1st place in the inspirational category, Breakfast at Tiffany with a collection of 5 models called "Gallano”.
Following this success has been approached by director Lucas brand depressa and was asked to create a collection of t-shirts for the spring summer season 2008/2009, which has been successfully achieved. A year later, Lucas attended another competition for young designers called Touch of fashion, "Men's fashion royalty" (men's fashion company selected) and received the 1st place. In 2008, also attended the competition organized by the Prague School Prague clothing fashion games, where he got close to the finals and received the Jury Prize for a collection of Protego. That same year, Lucas was nominated for the award "Talent Olomouc Region, where he came in the second place.


After the recognition of Lucas approached the people who allowed him to further develop creating models for a special occasion and prom season, then by inspiring a series of L'Oréal Professionnel, L'Oréal Competition Color Trophy 2008, where along with hair stylist Michael Kvapil way to the final itself. He established a successful collaboration with fashion photographer Hana Pauchovou and also gained contacts in the modeling agencies.

The year 2009 was watershed year for Lucas. After winning the final competition for the title of Green Design in the International Fashion Fair Brno Kabo Style that was between 144 candidates, he featured a collection of “Men Coture” shot fashion photography student at the Bata university in Zlin Cechvala Martin and his standing as a model, famous model Monika Spisiakova dinalist and Miss Barbara Skodova CR 2009. In 2009, Lucas also made his first appearance as a fashion designer in his native Olomouc fashion show collection of all entries, which harvested a great admiration.

At the end of 2009, he founded together with style 4 his own brand of luxury clothing LUCAS MACH- Fashion Design, he is also currently creating and styling the shoot dress for man , Sloval Peter Menkyho, in collaboration with International Tony and Guy hair dresser. His dream is to get the recognition from people knowledgeable about fashion and design clothes under his own brand and make it so that customers benefit from any piece in their wardrobe.
